 Good sleeve for Akoya E1222 August 31, 2010

I have just received this neoprene brown/tourmaline sleeve. It fits my new Akoya E1222 netbook with a little room to spare.
The measurements are 270 x 191 x 38 mm.
The double asymmetrical zipper allows side and end opening and is covered on the inside to protect the netbook.
The colours on the illustration are true to life.
I was a little surprised by the instruction 'handwash only with a damp cloth'.
The neoprene seems to be of good quality. I am definitely keeping it.

I was given this sleeve for Christmas along with my Eee PC 1005 and it is definitely a perfect fit. Its great for when I want to bring my netbook places and dont need the charger, fits easily in my handbag and stops damaged to the outside of my netbook! Belkin netbook case I was also bought. Both are great items!
Case for Compaq mini 702EA / HP Mini 1000 August 26, 2010

I bought this case to protect my Compaq Mini 702EA (basically an HP Mini 1000) when it is in my bag, mainly from getting scratched.
The case is a bit larger than my 10 inch netbook, but this allows some space to put small items in, though this may defeat the point. The zip goes along one long edge and then one of the side edges (giving an L shape opening) which is useful for putting in anything that will just about fit into the case. The zip has a liner, or sleeve, to protect your netbook from being scratched by the zip.
The colour is just amazing, dark black with a deep red, giving a bit of style to an otherwise plain case. Apart from the colour and the zip, the only other feature is a very small Belkin label on the edge.
The material is thick enough to protect from any sharp edges, but not so thick to get in the way - just about right.
Overall, a well designed product of decent quality at a very low price, highly recommended.

very quick delivery and good service. The case is as exactly as described. Soft neoprene cover providing just enough protection for my notebook. Although it says its for 10.2" notebooks, its a bit big for my ASUS 1005p. It has about 1" gap all round, but does mean you can store the leads in it as well, which I suppose is a bit of a bonus.
All-in-All a good case but slightly on the big size for my notebook.

it is not as soft as i wanted it 'though, but since my own atom laptop was too slow and i returned it, i was not able to actually test the bag well enough.
