Product Description A VGA cable can be used to transfer the video signal from an output source such as a Laptop to an LCD screen. Remember that VGA cables only transfer the video signal, not the audio signal as well. All electronic devices give off electromagnetic interference and many devices such as mobile phones also emit radio frequency interference. To stop the VGA cable being affected by these emissions, it features a high density suppressor which filters the signal. This prevents data loss from the cable and increases picture quality. The connectors now have 14 pins (not 15 like in the picture), as pin 9 is never used any more.

poor quality - poor service September 5, 2010 I. Szucs (london, uk) The picture was fuzzy when I tried this cable whilst it was crystal clear with another one. Returned the item in freepost and I waited patiently for a replacement. And I've been waiting ever since then...
The product was faulty and they never sent the replacement, so I had a 1-star experience with them (but only because there's no option for no stars at all).
Didn't work but arrived early September 1, 2010 kim123 The product arrived early which was good! I connected the product but it didnt work.
SVGA cable August 26, 2010 rowan02 very hard to screw in as has no slots.would be better if it had slots to screw in
You get what you pay for ... August 14, 2010 J. Clarke (UK) I bought this lead to connect my laptop to my Sony Bravia TV - and yes I KNOW I should have spent money on a better quality lead but this was really just an experiment so I foolishly thought a cheap lead would be ok. Pins are really fine and had to keep moving the lead around in the laptop VGA socket before it would even display a picture, when it did I wish it hadn't - colours were washed out and picture just kept flickering as if electrical interfernece was playing a part. Have since bought a more solid lead and had no problems at all - vibrant colours, vivid picture etc.
It is sometimes true that you get what you pay for I guess ...
Returns August 9, 2010 potter Return of product incorrectly supply was a total failure the supplier did not answer my email on return sent 3 hours after receiving never did get my money back; don't expect much help from Amazon. I tried to get their help but they said I had to pursue my refund myself - directly with the supplier.
